You’re encouraged to share feature ideas directly through our in-app chat or via our dedicated success platform. Our product team then reviews and prioritizes all requests on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring they align with our agile sprint planning process and continually enhance the platform for everyone.
Our customers love Bear IQ’s automation features, the ability to see real-time data refreshes, interactive charts and maps as well as unlimited users. They have the ability to add unlimited users. Additionally, Bear IQ has A.I.-data enrichment and cleaning tools that allow you to sort and filter prospects with ease.
User accounts are created by our Customer Success Team or the team admin can add users at their discretion.
Bear IQ activity showcases the total activity within Bear IQ - it includes the total number of registrations, exhibitors and sales revenue analyzed.
Our customer success team is available to respond to any queries you may have, between 8 AM to 6 PM EST. We pride ourselves on being hyper-responsive with an average response time of 10-15 minutes to in-app questions.
Bear IQ has an inbuilt feature that allows our customers to upload documents such as prospect files, survey responses, lead retrieval data directly into Bear IQ. You can upload .xls, .csv, .ppt, and .pdf files into Bear IQ.
Bear IQ differs from Freeman Quant in a few key areas:
Increased data refresh frequency (daily vs. weekly)
Direct integrations with registration, floor planning software, lead retrieval, paid media, and marketing automation platforms

Once we have your data access credentials, it typically takes 10–15 minutes for your data to process and become available in Bear IQ. We’ve designed our onboarding and integration workflows to be as efficient as possible, so you can quickly access and leverage your newly processed data.
New integration… no problem! Our team will work with your platform to develop a native integration, ensuring security and data privacy. The best part, we can get it done in as little as two weeks.
No, Bear IQ handles ALL field mapping for each integrated platform, including variations across multiple APIs. Our team actively manages the process—if fields like marketing codes have missing or incomplete data, we handle the edits to maintain accurate, comprehensive data within Bear IQ. There is no data engineering or IT support required from your end.
For edge cases such as this, our client success team works with your event tech partner to ensure that new or customer field is made available in the API. Please note, Bear IQ connects to the same data view the customer sees nearly all the time.
Yes, in situations where an integrated provider is no longer available, Bear IQ has the ability to ingest historical data via Excel or .csv flat files. The best part, our client success team handles this for you as part of the onboarding process.
Data refresh in Bear IQ is tied to how far out you are to the start of an event.
